Workshop Cancellation Policy

Because our workshops have very limited seating and materials are prepared in advance for each guest, cancellations made 8 days or more before the event are non-refundable.

This policy allows us enough time to offer your reserved seat to someone on our waitlist and helps us avoid empty seats at the last minute.

If you need to cancel more than 8 days before your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we'll gladly transfer your reservation to another available workshop or issue store credit.
