Welcome to The Plant Workshop, LLC! By visiting our shop, purchasing products, or registering for workshops and events, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Workshop & Event Reservations

Workshop seats are limited and reserved only after payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

Because our workshops require advance planning, materials, and limited seating:

  • Workshop reservations are non-refundable within 8 days of the scheduled event.

  • Cancellations made before the 8-day window may be eligible for store credit or transfer to another workshop.

  • If The Plant Workshop must cancel an event, guests will receive the choice of:

    • a full refund

    • store credit

    • transfer to another workshop

Late Arrivals

To respect everyone's experience:

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.

  • Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be able to participate and refunds cannot be provided.

Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for marketing purposes.

If you'd prefer not to appear in photographs, simply let a us know before the event begins.

Plant Disclaimer

Plants are living organisms.

Variations in:

  • size

  • color

  • leaf shape

  • variegation

  • growth habit

are natural and not considered defects.

Plant Care

Once a plant leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee its health due to differences in lighting, watering, humidity, and care.

We're always happy to offer guidance.

Returns

Plants

Due to the nature of live plants, all plant sales are final.

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the situation.

Non-Living Merchandise

Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt.

Items must be in original condition.

The following are non-returnable:

  • workshop tickets

  • custom orders

  • clearance items

  • gift cards

Gift Cards

  • have no cash value

  • are non-refundable

  • may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, workshop materials, photographs, and content are property of The Plant Workshop, LLC and may not be copied without permission.

Safety

Some plants may be toxic to pets or children. 

Customers are responsible for researching plant safety before purchases.

The Plant Workshop is not responsible for injuries or accidental ingestion.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in workshops is voluntary.

By attending, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and agree that The Plant Workshop, LLC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or losses except where required by law.

Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, communicate about purchases and workshops, and improve our services.

We never sell customer information.

Workshop Age Policy

Most workshops are designed for adults. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend independently.

Guests under the age of 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the workshop. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the minor throughout the event.

Certain specialty workshops may have different age requirements, which will be noted in the event description.

Private Parties & Event Bookings

A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted event price is required to reserve all private parties, corporate events, and group workshops.

The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Private event deposits secure your date, reserve staff, and allow us to purchase materials specifically for your event. Because of these preparations, deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

*The Plant Workshop, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents others from enjoying the workshop. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
